This is from the 'Mueller Designed' Q drop. It's the first line and the one most often overlooked. IMO it's the key. First and foremost Mueller is there to take in evidence to be used against the DS.

That quote is often misinterpreted.
Mueller is a blackhat because of the 'fruit', not because of the 'talk'. The rotten fruit is in the harm done to imperfect but decent people.
The above quote means literally that Mueller is taking jurisdiction over any evidence he can find that would expose the cabal of players in treason to the United States and involved in plotting to overthrow the President of the United States.
Once Mueller takes command of an investigation, the evidence against the traitors and plotters disappears. He is covering for them.
But he hasn't been able to take control of all the evidence. So he's cornered.
It is ludicrous for some to think he's a White Hat. That's a ruse, a lie within a carefully crafted psyche spin.
All one needs to do to confirm Mueller as a blackhat is to ask one of his victims. But that's not so easy as many have been gagged by a judge that's on the payroll of the plotters.
I'm with you on that one.
The big con is that Mueller is working for the DS and against POTUS - this is the central lie and it must be sold to EVERYONE in order for WhiteHats to pursue the truth.
