Not saying you are not correct but I believe I would be compelled to use the .45 ACP.

You're have the right general idea, but I've never seen a better scenario in which to apply the "If it don't start with 4, don't go to war" rule.

Take that same 9mm slug but put it in the back of the head and there will be more O2 for the rest of us and none of the maintenance fees that typically drag on for decades.
