had a “quick” nap before the SOTU last night.. set alarm for 8:45.. woke up at 4 AM
will watch it later.. many archived choices. Which coverage was the best? audience etc.
Going to chiropractor today. first time in a fw weeks as I was out of area. IM a bit closer and interesting of al the folk I know hat are conservative locally, a liberal friend has invited me to spend some time with her. She is the wine steward where I worked. Educated and family and her life long libs but not obnoxious or argumentative. We over the years have had some decent conversations. She has cats and has make little Bobbie, the kitty welcome. She loves cooking as I do and so far so good.
Re: oils an kitties. yes, I have heard that Eucalyptus is problematic for kitties I have used oils on cats ad kittens for a LONG time and never had a problem. I think like a lot of other things, moderation is the key. EO are very VERY concentrated and a little goes a LONG way
