We can "demand" anything that we want. How are we supposed to enforce those demands?

RBG is clearly incapacitated and unable to perform her duties as a Supreme Court Justice. She is receiving palliative care for a terminal medical condition and spends most of her days under sedation. Her law clerks are writing her opinions (probably have been for several years now).

She is not the first Justice to become incapacitated with the other Justices covering for her. If they cannot manage the deception carefully, she may be the first Justice to issue a post-mortem ruling.

The "weekend at Ruthies" will be hard to sustain for very long.
