What is meant by “accidently released?” Was it early? Was it a spoof? To want to provide a guaranteed income to people “unwilling to work” did not happen even in the Soviet Union’s version of socialism. .....or maybe it did. I recall the reference that the people pretended to work and the government pretended to pay them.
