Yes.
The SOTU would have been the ideal venue to expose the hypocrites, charlatans and criminals who push their Global Warming scam on the weak-minded.
It would only take a few minutes to document some the bogus forecasts, projections, and computer models that are never correct.
And to enumerate the people and organizations that manufacture the downright fake data and evidence used to scare the weak minded into thinking the scam is real.
Not to mention all the liberal hypocrites flying 'round the world in private jets trying to scam people out of money with their fake warnings of global apocalypse.
