I was hoping this happened in the U. S. That would put Progressives in a loss-lose position.
If the justice system were to rule in his favor, it would say that the mother doesn’t have the power to choose that Progressives claim.
The only alternative ruling that would ensure the guy would lose would be to rule that he didn’t have standing because he wasn’t a person at the point in time he was claiming he wasn’t given the choice.

I think it’s a clever illustration of the liberal Democrats paradoxical corner they have painted themselves into. I reserve my criticism of his acts at this time. He seems right in thinking with our majority in Congress. Maybe showing them for what and who they really are?
