Did anyone else notice the Question mark at the end on the stadium banner showing the words to the national anthem?
AND THE LAND OF THE BRAVE? is what appeared behind Gladys Knight while she was singing.
It was like a not so subtle dig at the national anthem.
Lokked for a picture, but it should be on the video.
It appears that Waverunner (and Aretha Franklin) has left the building.
I’m outraged that they changed “home” to “land.”
Ditto in Milwaukee in 1964-1965 at age 8-9.

I wonder if he/she’s opposition doing it to make Free Republic look bad?
As in act like an ignorant redneck, so the news media, when needed, can cite posts like his/hers/its to smear us all.

My mistake on the question mark, I hadn’t ever seen the lyrics with a question mark on the end.
What is the answer? Does that star-spangled banner yet wave
o’er the land of the free and the home of the brave?
It does but no longer can it be said without qualification.
