Trump needs to say something in the SOTU about a way to guarantee that Supreme Court Justices are fit to serve. For example, a requirement that they MUST be present in court for oral Arguments and to cast any vote.
Or conversely, require that since RBG doesn't need to come out and see her shadow, that all congresspersons and the majority of their staff telecommute from their homes within their districts.
