I believe rape and 2+ counts of conviction of child molestation should qualify for the death penalty.

The court cases would go into the intricacies of whether a wife was falsely accusing or whether a man was violently raping his wife (see r Kelly). There are shades of grey, and innocent until proven guilty. False accusations should result in severe punishment for the accuser.

I view that allegation with the same skepticism I do when I hear some Amish person allege a “racial slur” provoked an incident
