This “neighbor” did not mention these suspicious looking people until after the alleged attack despite being suspicious at the time she supposedly saw them. There should also be footage of her walking the dog when she says she did as well as footage of a suspicious guys at the time she was outside.

I think both her and the manager are part of the cover-up story with Smollett during the 40-minute time period when he got back to his room and when he called police.

The TMZ even verify that she is actually a neighbor what if she has a personal relationship with Smollett?
