No, I dont. Help me understand it. Kentucky is Hawaii from where I grew up on which is Saskatchewan,Canada. The arctic blast hits us before it gets down Stateside and we still went to school regardless if it’s friggin -50. He may have a point...Americans are getting whinier every damn year.

I am from Kentucky. My company has locations in Minnesota and other locales in the upper Midwest. I've traveled there in conditions not unlike these. A few years back I was installing phone systems in a location in Minnesota while there was a -40 wind chill, a blizzard warning, and I happened to have a ruptured disc in my back at the time.
Gov Bevin is correct. People need to cowboy up a little.
