Okay; a restart has Krita showing up now. All good. This must be one of the rare programs that Linux needs a restart... It's *possible* that merely logging out and back in would have fixed it.

I know I have to do that with webpages once in a while to see the new changes I have made to it. I will try that next time it happens so we will know for sure that will fix it also. :)
