Only problem with that level of classic is everyone wants to steal it, insurance can be high, fear of denting or scratching it and you can't just go to the store and park it outside and expect it to be there upon return.

Really beautiful V-twin though.

Nowadays I prefer this!☺

I like it.

Classic anything is higher potential target.

My old jeeps will need some kind of anti-theft (disable electrical) and some tracking. I’ve read of some sensible solutions and have a few ideas of my own.

Amazon has a tracking unit for around 50 bucks that is highly reviewed.

If someone drove off in my old Willys right now, they’d probably give up about a mile or two. It isn’t really roadworthy plus it’s very loud. A lot of rattling still.
Top speed, maybe 50. 55 downhill.

A few weeks ago I had it on my street and it quit on me at the top the closest hill. An electrical problem.

Anyway as light as it is and me jumping out to keep the momentum going, I got it pointed back down the hill and home.

It coasted so well and quiet. Glad there was no power anything. I made it right to my driveway.

I traced the wiring in a couple of minutes and was running again.

There is Lojack but pricey the last time I checked.
