A friend dragged me to that play back in the 90’s. A steaming pile of self-pitying tripe, wherein the characters all lamented their awful lot in life, while very deliberately ignoring how their own “choices” and “lifestyles” got them there. Worst show I’ve ever seen.

No, haven’t seen “Urinetown.” Got dragged to “Hamilton”’last year, and while the musical talent of the cast was evident, the show itself was nothing special, IMHO.

And yes, I seem to get “dragged” to a lot of shows that I’d never go to of my own choice...
