I think you meant to say 3 weeks rather than 3 months. A lot can happen behind the scenes in 3 weeks...be patient. I doubted our president once and I will never do that again. He is still doing more about border security than any of the previous administrations combined.
This is all crap. You can put it all on Pelosi if you want but it will not matter. The dems, libs all over, globalists and the media will all be STILL refusing to build the wall when the current funding ends. And everything will STILL be trumps fault.
Declare the emergency, arrest the judges on the 9th circuit when they make the inevitable halt order, equip the army with tear gas and automatic weapons, build the wall and shoot anyone who tries to get in the way. This is the only way to get it built.
Now I am going back to do some more reloading. We gotta get ready...
So, we have a guy (Trump) striving to enhance border security with a no-brainer effective deterrent — the wall — along with other less visible and less emotional measures.
And we have a U.S. Congress fighting as hard and as dirty as they know how to prevent that.
Suppose now, we have a very large terrorist attack, with lots of damage and death, and it’s shown to be composed significantly — if not entirely — by Bad Guys who slipped in via the border with Mexico?
How would you like to be a Democrat running in the next election after that event?

Three weeks, not months. Now, should he fail to start the wall as he promised, state of emergency, executive order or otherwise, he will have caved. Most of us will be severely disappointed (but not enough to vote RAT).

try educating yourself like listening to the scott adams link in comment #4. Trump since announcing his run for president has been all about eductaing people - bringing the people (citizens) into the whole discussion of what is going on and trying to fix problems in ways that will last not just EO etc easily undone by next Pres or congress.
Sure scotts 26 minute video could be cut down to just 2-4 minutes but I knew of some of Trump’s ways of working with people before his tv shows and run for office so it’s easy for me to see he always is about helping people see all the parts to the puzzle then trying to assemble the puzzle and get the job done best - with most people then onboard because they understand more and are better off with outcome - even if they don’t get exactly what they thought they wanted.
Trump has always said he negotiates for the best deal, walks away when needed, comes back to the table, hold out for other options, change up offers, etc etc.
You caved, not Trump.
This is politics and it was 3 weeks not 3 months. The goal, whenever possible, is to win over as many hearts and minds of the public as possible so he has the support of the people. Now this congress is not listening to the people anymore than previous congresses did on securing the border permanently but we’ve never had a President who was more committed to getting it done either so between him and the people (hopefully writing to their congressmen); this will get done.
If congress won’t do their job; Trump can bypass them with the blessing of the people. A significant majority anyway. Without that blessing of the people; Trump would come across as a dictator like obama did. I think that’s why Trump is taking this longer more difficult political path to get this done.
There will always be that small percentage of commie dems who oppose it but screw them. In fact; deport them.
