Men don’t make excuses for failure like you just did. They own them. They also make better choices in who they surround themselves with. An objective look at his picks know they have been less than stellar. A man owns that. He’s made mistakes and some of his troubles are self inflicted because of who he has picked to help him. So BE A MAN and own it.
