I wasn’t aware the courts were given the power to tell the POTUS what to do or what he can’t do in regards to national security.
I’m sure some Obama judge would try.
They've been doing it for the last two years: travel ban, DACA, family separations, Asylum processing.
It doesn't matter whether they were given the power- they took it, and no one stopped them.
