Right and wrong.

Think of it this way: They never identified why Alzheimer’s occurs in the first place.

Here’s a little hint:

Blood has 2 roles, one is to deliver oxygen.

The other? That’s the tell. I have been working on an article about the Alzheimer’s Association which is not kind to what amounts to a sheer Ponzi scheme.

Take care of your bodies, folks. Failure to do so is self-induced torture and, ironically, simultaneously dependency upon government & compulsory management of the costs of your care by the rest of us...a rather anti-Conservative act.

“Don’t eat flower or sugar or corn syrup, just leafy green veggies, meat, cheese and nuts.”

But they don’t make my favorite flavors of ice cream from your recommended foods list.

Glucose uptake by the brain is reduced in dementia patients.

Ketones can restore about 13% of the lost energy, simply by adding about four tablespoons of MCT oil per day:

MCT oil can cause diarrhea so don’t take it all at once.

No, without a cure, nobody really wanted to know. I, for one, would not like to have it on my mind everyday. But, I would take a test now, if there was a “cure”. Early prevention.

Get a ice cream maker. Make Chocolate or vanilla. But use about one quarter the sugar. You can look into sugar substitutes as well. Haagen Dazs is the only real ice cream they make it with cream, sugar, eggs and flavor. But even they put in too much sugar. Ice Cream is not that bad if your careful to use real ice cream and not vegetable gum with corn syrup.

Thanks for the humor break...

I am a lifelong Republican and my family has never voted for a democrat. My research shows what Vaccines really are and that is based on reading a lot of journals and deeply researched science papers across a broad spectrum.

If you are happy putting that crap into your system I say go for it, and as to your contention the life expectancy was 30 years that really made me laugh.

Have fun being a science experiment

While at first I was only joking about your list excluding ice cream, your response made me realize it might be possible to implement your food strategy without totally depriving myself of things I enjoy.

Thanks for sharing that.

I may not be able to stick to it 100%, but it does seem like an excellent health goal and strategy for success.

I’m distrustful of the drugs, but glad it is a huge focus of study. Thank you for the ping.

I’m glad you find keeping people healthy is such a humorous topic.

I’m the scientist. I oversee the experiments. The work I do saves lives.

Whenever I see some anti-vaxxer spewing their anti-scientific nonsense, I always post a rebuttal. Not that I have any illusions that anti-vaxxers are susceptible to logic, evidence, and facts, but because I want anyone who happens to read the thread to know that anti-vaxxers do not have scientific support for their nonsense. I have received every recommended vaccine, including a few that most people do not receive because they do not occur in the US. And I rarely come down with infectious disease.

Is this a backdoor admission that Alzheimer’s is is caused by an infective agent?

No. The vaccine, like all vaccines, causes the immune system to recognize a protein as an invader. This protein just happens to be produced by the body, not a pathogen.

I think that Alzheimer’s is caused by an interaction of environmental factors with genetic factors. Environmental factors can include microorganisms, but could also be noxious chemicals.
