The day of Jazz Jennings‘ gender confirmation surgery was an emotional one for the whole family.
In PEOPLE’s exclusive sneak peek at Tuesday’s episode of I Am Jazz, the 18-year-old transgender reality star is joined by her parents and siblings in the final moments before being wheeled off to the operating room.
“Having my whole family with me throughout this entire journey has been so important,” Jazz says. “From the beginning they have just provided me with unconditional love and support and the fact that they’re here on this day just signifies that we’ve come so, so far since the beginning of this journey. This is really the final step, this is the final transition, and I’m so glad that I have them by my side.”

It would be a good time to start exploring the thinking of parents who program their offspring to this suicidal action on human nature. It is destroying their child’s ability to reproduce their DNA legacy to future human beings. All this for some little understood reason. I suspect it is a form of pedophilia in a perverted mind. In my mind it is no different than the result of a criminal mind. It is the mind of a pedophile. It is the mind of a rapist. It is the mind of a necrophiliac. Some call it a mental sickness. I just watched the video. The kid seems quite confident he’s a girl and has been thinking this for a while. How this started who knows....but they’re acting like it’s a party. What a mess. I wonder if in a way they think they’re the Kardashians and the reality show got to them. He had a bye bye penis party. People are so narcissistic now.
I don’t know...the gays I’ve known usually say they’ve always known...and I suppose it’s like me always knowing I liked the opposite sex.

I think Jazz looks like a young boy. He needs more plastic surgery to look more like a girl. I’m sure his parents will be accomodating.

I'm betting that the gays that you know are older? And I think that is probably the case - they have known from a very young age. I think that there are also a very small minority of people that have been gender confused from a very young age. Although - how much of that is because of the odd-ball mother dressing her son in a dress because she always wanted a girl?
There has been a HUGE increase in the number of transgenders in the last ten years. For males-to-females it is up something like 300%. For females-to-males it is up to 4,500%! (Yes - four thousand, five hundred).
If it was just the shows and the changed social attitude that it is okay to be transgender, numbers would increase some - but not with such a drastic difference. Girls are more susceptible to social influences - such as cutting, anorexia, etc. Many believe the transgender thing is similar. (Cutting, anorexia and transgender all have to do with body image). It is also more prominent among middle to upper class white girls.
Also, many of these kids were fine, but then changed quickly. Look up rapid onset gender dysphoria. Lots of the girls have pre-existing mental issues such as Aspergers, depression, anxiety, OCD, etc.
These kids never used to have gender dysphoria. But with the media and news, some might question it. Then they type in “am I transgender” into the internet.
“When you first got your breasts did they make you uncomfortable?”
“Does having your monthly period make you feel funny and embarrassed?”
“Did you like running around with your shirt off as a child?”
“Did you always have more fun playing rough games with the boys at recess?”
“Do you like wearing pants and a t-shirt or sweat-shirt instead of a dress or nice blouse?”
All of that type of stuff is pushed as “evidence” that you aren't really a girl, but a boy. In spite of having crushes on boys when younger, dating boys, used to love dressing up for homecoming, etc.

One claim is that 45% of transgenders commit suicide. Others claim this rate is too high, but the rate is still much higher than normal.
The trans-radicals push this high rate of suicides because they claim the kids kill themselves because they are bullied and discriminated against, and that their friends and families don't affirm them. (”So - you better affirm them, or you will lose your loved one.”)
Others believe that the person already had suicidal tendencies, or it was a result of their untreated pre-existing mental conditions.
Gender dysphoria is a very real thing, and causes a lot of anguish. There are numerous causes for it. In most of the recent cases, the cause is not that the person was “born in the wrong body” (which is an impossible explanation to begin with).
Not going after the root problem of the symptom (gender dysphoria), and treating it in such a drastic means and then the problem is still there - it would be very awful, and things might seem hopeless.
Note - one can begin hormone treatment on the first or second visit to a doctor, and saying all of the right things on why the person FEELS that they are the opposite sex.
BTW- you can search the internet for scripts of all the right things to say.
First heard of Jazz when “she” debated Tomi Lahren at The Blaze in 2016. Jazz is a leftist. But conservatives have Blair White. She was still a man in 2015.
