That was a dreadfully sick and ghoulish thing to post.
Maybe someone at Disney had a tiny spark of conscience and realized how any normal person would see this post.
Maybe he apologized to keep the movie producer jobs coming his way. I don’t believe he is apologizing to anyone conservative, and I don’t really care. We already know who and what he is.
“Ghoulish” is the perfect word. That image is too bloody and sick to be explained away as “satire”, especially since it was aimed at teenagers. He doesn’t get to hide his deranged tweet behind the fact that Fargo had some funny scenes.
I’d like to see Palin get on Twitter and put the pressure back on this guy. She should make it clear that his apology is a joke, and as an aside she should let Disney know that it would be unwise to associate itself with him on any further project, especially anything aimed at youthful audiences.
