Okay - I think I have stumbled upon something here. SPAR31 and SPAR29 are one in the same. They are changing the callsign; in some cases, mid-flt. Look at the date and time stamp, look where the transponder was killed and turned back on. Now look back at the “feeders” owned by DOJ/DHS/ICE that go to Miami, Honduras and Guatemala City. I think they are using the “system” as cover, killing transponders and changing callsigns to throw us off the trail. These are likely LVTs (Low Value Targets); but “former” gov employees.. [PS, LP, AM] SPAR29 has frequented GITMO; whereas SPAR31 is making the connection to Central America and the US Prison Systems. Here is the real stumper, SPAR29/31 is a USAF G5 Blue and White. You might be surprised at the humble passenger. Its been a long time so I might be misidentifying the plane but there used to be aircraft like that on standby for classified couriers from lets say maybe the Special Securities Office to some embassy somewhere and back. Sometimes it was a clearance and subject that shouldnt go through the system and sometimes the volume of the exchange made transmission impractical.
