The only phrase in that link, to what are comparative lies, that may be remotely true is “for years”.
Trump may have been approached years ago, by MI, given that of his own well known personal history of admiration for the military, (since probably his adolescence) and his long time and supremely documented GRASP of American-led economic insanity also made him a man worthy of investigating, for recruitment, by a few Patriots in-the-know, and who were insider MI.
