It appears we're dealing with a Felix Sater production in coordination with Michael Cohen apparently acting on behalf of "TRUMP ACQUISITION LLC". There is a letter of intent involved that Felix Sater obtained & presented to Cohen proposing that "Andre Rosov" on behalf of "I.C. Expert Investment Company" do a deal and then Cohen could pocket $$$
This appears entirely contrived to me! It's like the other "Russia" stuff - they (Clinton Inc.) created the appearance that Trump was doing things that they were rather doing.

I note that each of these pages is initialed SOLELY by "AUS". An anon notes that BuzzFake has presented copies of these docs that do NOT have the identifying marks on the lower right i.e. COHEN_MICHAEL-00196442 or COHEN_MICHAEL-00196443 - and that BuzzFake is apparently something with an alleged DJT signature on it (with or without initials?)

The identifying numbers and BuzzFake having none or different ones or having removed them suggests to me those could be uniquely identifying characteristics that could be used to trace these back. A later added signature by DJT would be the bait. But why would DJT sign such a thing at all? That would be work of underlings ... if there was a completed "letter of intent" then why isn't that presented? it doesn't pass any laugh or smell test IMO.
I encourage others to keep digging in these regards - this is clearly key evidence in prosecution aspects of the plan and notably where Mule op, counter coup & leak ops all now intersect.
