!. Puts the onus on Pel-lousy to negotiate and do the wall and act like a grownup.

2. Allows him to give the SOTU as originally planned. People who just toss that speech off as not important aren't looking at the optics. Right now, The West Coast Louse is preventing OUR President (may re-election be upon him) from speaking to us...all of us. Who the Fu** does she think she is?
