What’s the chances that POTUS announces the building of the wall by the military in the couple of days, and then announces he plans to give the State of the Union Address on time, and in the House?

That would really fix Pelosi’s wagon for good.

Imagine her still refusing to allow the President to give the State of the Union Address, despite the wall being built by the military, and the shutdown ended.
