Except right now he is, under the radar, building sections of wall and dropping razor wire without the interference of courts or Congress. Why change the status quo at this point? Just keep quietly diverting funds and keep building based on past legislation. IMHO.
The Senate Judiciary Committee will meet 1/29 on Bill Barr’s AG nomination, along with 44 judicial nominees (all renominated from before) — the committee usually agrees to a Dem request to hold over nominees the first time they come up, so there may not be a vote on Barr just yet

Not comfortable with Barr. It wouldn’t break my heart if someone broke ranks and voted no.
