I thought any aircraft that the President is on is called ‘Air Force One’. Was President Trump on board during those flights?

Donald Trump wasn't president at the time, Obama was. Only Air Force aircraft are called Air Force One and only when the president is on board. When he flies on a Marine Corps helicopter, it's called Marine One. If he flies on a civilian aircraft, it's called Executive One.
