National Review can’t take a lawsuit; they rely on donors or they wouldn’t exist. It ain’t Bill Buckley’s magazine anymore, very much in thrall to the Establishment and neocons. I guess that’s why Andrew McCarthy as editor (not a Trump supporter but usually somewhat fair) tolerates bottom feeders like David French and Kevin Williamson as contributors.
