Found a woman even laz would not hit!

Now that I've made my joke of the day have to ask seriously...

I know there are FReepers who are nurses here and how do you feel about this kind of stunt? This has been tried before usually by a man on a female nurse, now vice versa. How does a nurse going into home health care find out if a person is really disabled or running a scam like this?
