To: Robert A Cook PE

I can’t see the moon at at. NYC had a huge rainstorm yesterday and the sky is still heavily dotted with big cloud masses. I saw the moon a couple hours ago out my front window, but it must be directly overhead now. Right now, the wind is howling and the temperature outside is 16 degrees, RealFeel -7 degrees. I am NOT stepping outside to see the moon! It’s a shame, I really would like to have seen it.

I’m in your vicinity and I went outside in 14 degree weather for nothing. Can’t see anything in the sky.
