ESPN already has the highest carriage fees in the industry. Cable/Satellite providers have to pay money to ESPN for every subscriber. Basically, if you have cable/satellite, and you have a package that includes ESPN and ESPN2, you are already paying about $9/month to ESPN. But you don't get ESPN+ where they will be streaming much of their UFC content, including tonight's event. You have to buy an ESPN+ subscription at $5/month extra to stream it.
So yes, I hope the paid ESPN+ streaming service fails.
