Cohen has to be one of the worse lawyers in the history of the U.S. Also I thought one could say anything to your lawyer without repercussions. How could anything said to your lawyer be used against you? Also, how can any statement after the fact made by your lawyer be used against you? In fact, how can a prosecutor have a case using statements from the accused ex-lawyers? Has this ever been done before in history?
