the best thing about POTUS address is that it was another chance to get facts out in front of folks. Last time I recall they said it wasn’t 20%, and it turned out it was 70% that were getting raped.
Probably best thing to remind people of today is that we’re not talking one contiguous great wall of china and there are many stretches with geographical borders ala rivers / oceans etc. And good pitch for the see through fence.
