they won’t allow a vote on border / immigration things without a vote to simply reopen government first. That was Nancy’s proposal and POTUS asked her what guarantee he would have that they’d even do that ... it was a non-starter. But they’re sticking with it!
I agree. He is showing everyone he is willing to compromise, give Dems something or things they want, all his proposals will sound totally reasonable to any sane person. Now when Dems explode and refuse to accept or even discuss, they will have further alienated anyone who is not a rabid maniacal hardcore.
And then Trump can say something like “Sorry, I wish I didn’t have to do this, but the Dems are refusing to participate in governance. So, here’s the Nat Sec wall”.
Nancy wants to play hardball.
She can’t win.

I AM NOT HAPPY-GRRRR-Just watched A. Neville and Dumbo guy questioning POTUS comments on border crisis. When next guest repeated some of the FACTS, Neville countered with, well I’m sure our FACT CHECKERS will be looking into that.
