You can find a website which claims there was a video camera aimed at this location and it recorded absolutely nothing unusual that night.

Security was uptight at Ingalls while the USS Shark was in drydock. We could see the Russian trawlers from HW 90 with their large radar screens and were easy to pick out during that time frame. The time was interesting but reading about it makes me wonder where the hell I was and why wasn't I more concerned?
