How is that dress code racist? I’m so sick of that word, it has no meaning any more. Everything is racist to these people.
Check that white privilege.
If you’re white, you are racist.
If you are black, but talk white, you still have white privilege if folks can’t see you, and you are still a white racist.
Now, if you are black and what to kill all of the whites and exterminate all the Jews, you aren’t racist.
Given your comment - do you even know the difference between an under represented minority (URM) and a minority candidate who isn’t for an affirmative action hire? If you hire Asian men for a job, you are a white racist. They have to be Black, Hispanic, or Native American to count.
