Your argument is a fallacy. You don’t know the difference between the two different bodies of law — natural law and positive law. Look it up. Congress can only make “positive law”, i.e., man-made laws. Euler Diagram proves the fallacy of the argument that simply being “born a Citizen” of the United States is identically the same as the constitutional term “natural born Citizen”. The supreme law of the land is the US Constitution. Not natural law or positive law - period.
