This is what I am in love with now. No sugar at all. It’s a delicious healthy food, no guilt. Small quantities - I melt them down and use a silicone chocolate bar mold.

Best unsweetened chocolate ever, only a dash of bitter. If you like sweet chocolate, you won’t be able to handle it. This ain’t candy. But so good.

I am a nutritionist.

I personally have advised people to regard them, in moderation, as functional foods for many years.

Coffee is a methyl donor, as well as a polyphenol source.
