It occurs to me that the filibustering of judges is spoken of as some kind of hallowed rule, but the fact is nobody established the principle of filibustering judges they didn’t like until the dmocrats did it during the W Booosh administration and then claimed it was a ‘nuclear option’ to try to change the rules. So it’s not a particularly enshrined thing.
