Try not to get your hopes up too much.
Scranton's been run by the 'rats for long enough I'm quite sure there are a load of "Insurances" standing by to keep the real bad actors safe and dry.
Best I'd hope for is that there are enough gophers and underlings thrown under the bus for show that the Swamp depth there drops at least a bit.
