Agree....’they’ don’t want me on the jury (as if I stand a chance) but I can see some shyster lawyer getting the tape thrown out.
Without the tape, it does sound like a 51yo bully just upped and decked an ‘innocent’ 11 yo with dozens of witnesses.....etc etc
Cops should be taking that tape while it is still ‘hot’ and arrest anyone that was/is part of it.
