not what I saw, he was first shoved from behind - seems to be the same young girl that then got up in his face saying something.

But it sure is fun watching some of these people duck and dodge all that. As if juvenile can break the law and assault people yet they expect people to take it with no response.

Exactly, I don’t want to open things up to some subjective weighting of if this was ok. At what point do you need to be “bigger and do nothing”? At what point does an age gap matter? Man vs. woman? Big woman vs. little man? Who will decide?

Looking at it again, I think excessive force is not applicable - his first response to her assaulting him was to push her away very assertively. That she decided to charge him with fists raised is her own stupid fault. ANYONE that is able to do damage, which this girl is big enough to do, should expect the VICTIM to punch back. They have every right to. I believe that as he only pushed her first, this was a measured response....hope he gets that across to a jury.
