motorized carts are intended for persons with disabilities I wonder if the stores can, and do?... anything to screen people who use these motor carts, or what?
When I worked for the Postal Service, because I was qualified to drive postal/govt vehicles and operate power equipment I had to agree to submit to random drug/alcohol testing at any time, without cause no matter how squeaky clean my record was.

well, its pretty doubtful that merchants will be sticking needles into patrons of their stores, or otherwise drug testing them
