Parents have expressed outrage over the "racist" design of a limited edition Kinder Egg toy, with one mum saying that she was "sickened".
A large number of people took to Facebook to post photos of the "nasty" plastic toy.

It took me a bit too. I’m not programmed to be offended 24/7 I guess.
It s like selling a Nova to a mexican.
Oops.
Here K stands for Kinder, the brand. People need to stop trying to find something offensive.
I kept looking and looking trying to figure out how it was “racist”. Didn’t see it until i read some of the comments.
I think you are right. If there were 2 or 4 balloons they would still have the “K” on them.
Seattle Mariner fans in a special section hold up a “K” sign for every strikeout recorded by pitcher Felix Hernandez. What are they supposed to do when he records his third strikeout? Hold off with the sign until he gets number four?
Well, when I was a kid wayyy long ago. We had penny candy (yes, you could actually buy a piece of candy for a cent!) There was one that was well loved. It was a black licorice gummy bear shaped like a man, and was covered in sugar crystals. Guess what they were called? Give up? N@gg%r Babies. I wonder if they’re still around? Very delicious; all us kids loved them and we weren’t racist! Oh the shame.
Australia? I thought the Klan was an American thing, and Kinder Eggs are banned in the US due to some 1932 law about non edibles inside confectionery.
I guess the dolts cannot figure that “K” just might stand for Kinder.
Sorry, but they are dumb*sses.
Period.
That’s not racial, that’s logic.
Dumbasses.
Remember brazil nuts?

Face palm! Good fn grief.
I bet most people don’t know that “And Then There Were None” which was formerly titled “Ten Little Indians” was first “Ten Little Negroes” except it wasn’t quite that.
Yes, Agatha Christie was a racist.
What’s so offensive? The yellow condom on his head?
K is for Kinder
Marketing dept failed
The Klan is everywhere, even making hateful demonstrations during America's National Pastime.
I'm calling BS. I don't believe anyone was "outraged" or "sickened." This publication is simply trying to generate readers via controversy.
