Let it rest. The real test is if you can reach behind your back to touch the opposite shoulder blade. When I had my tear I could touch it but once I brought my arm back around the pain would build until I was almost in tears. Have you been icing it?

Today I can just about touch the middle of my neck in the back, but that is a lot of improvement compared to yesterday. For one thing I can drag around heavy objects, like pulling big limbs out of the yard and also hold the leaf blower, but I am waiting a few more days on the serious cleanup. I don't want to do anything to aggravate it.
