Christian athlete, author, sports broadcaster and movie producer Tim Tebow is now officially an engaged man.
According to PEOPLE Magazine, the Heisman Trophy winner proposed to his girlfriend and 2017 Miss Universe Demi-Leigh Nel-Peters on Wednesday.
The pair were visiting the Minor League baseball player’s family farm in Jacksonville, Florida when he decided to pop the question.
PEOPLE reports that the couple went for a walk by a small lake on his family’s property where Tebow had an arbor and bench – engraved with the day of the couple’s first date – installed.
The magazine reports that Tebow also had South African singer Matthew Mole hidden behind a hay bale and ready to serenade the newly engaged couple. After Nel-Peters said yes to marrying the former NFL Quarter Back, Mole emerged from behind the hay bale and sang “The Wedding Song” for the couple.
The pair was then joined by their family members. Tebow had flown Nel-Peters' family and friends in from South Africa as a surprise for his soon to be wife.
Thursday afternoon Nel-Peters posted a series of photos capturing the moment on Instagram. In the caption, she wrote, “Any dreams I’ve ever had, you’ve exceeded them all! I love you and I can’t wait to spend forever with you!”
Cape coloured includes indigenous people and slaves brought from west indies. Not sure about filipino.

The nels in her name is her mom’s maiden name. It’s a French hugenot name. She is probably a mix like most Afrikaners — a most beautiful one.
I read all your posts. You judge people ethnicity by their looks I don’t think she is Mediterranean or native american. She has nothing to do with Elizabeth Warren. I don’t think Tim Tebow give a damn what leftists think. Tim is his own man.Last post on the subject.
They are free to engage, don’t care one way or another.. hold no ill will towards them, just voicing an opinion that I don’t care for this narcissistic need of folks to think everything they do must be “seen”.
That’s the funny thing about puttting things out into the public, if it’s out in the public you have to deal with the public voicing their opinion about it, good and bad.

Try reading my posts again! The judgements or views I expressed in my post are clearly not of Tibow or his wife - but of what I think the public judgement will be. For two people who (as the article & photos demonstrates) live so much of their lives in public this subject is not only to be expected but 100% appropriate on a FR.
And since you posted me first, in the future, remember that if you can't/won't deal with & respond to the actual thoughts and logic of my posts spare me the the estrogen soaked emotions and don't respond at all.

It’s amazing the NFL gave Johnny Manzel a chance but not Tim Tebow. The NFL is rotten to the core.
It appears he's only getting engaged to one woman so what is this nonsense supposed to mean?
