I WAS wondering about that. Can you see a realistic scenario that IS a win for Trump? All I can see is it taking so long that Dems are hearing from their Dem Federal employees. To not look like losers, they might get POTUS to play verbal games with the description of the wall he’d build.
I see a win. National Emergency or just regular ol’ National Security, he gets the wall build with mil and funds it otherwise than Congress.
Then Congress has to send him a bill he likes and will sign, no rush, no stress for Trump (and us). All stress is on Dems. They will have nothing to offer him.
