No, that's what birthers like to pretend it means. It doesn't. If you are born in the US you are citizen by right of birth. You are a natural born citizen. End of story.
Asian?
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kamala_Harris
Kamala Harris was born on October 20, 1964, in Oakland, California, to a Tamil Indian mother and a Jamaican father. Her mother, Shyamala Gopalan Harris, was a breast cancer scientist who immigrated to the US from Madras (now Chennai) in 1960.[3][4] Her father, Donald Harris, is a Stanford University economics professor who immigrated from Jamaica in 1961 for graduate study in economics at University of California, Berkeley.[
It will be intersting to see Lieawatha and Harris argue over who is the better liar.
It won’t matter. People have tried this before. No court will do anything
Put your energies towards real issues
In no way is she a natural born citizen, divided loyalties at birth.
Citizen yes, natural born citizen; no.
Americans need to stand up to this all out assault on the natural born clause. We had Obama, and directly after, who did the republicans try to run? Thats right, a field packed with candidates that were not natural born citizens.
The powers that be are trying very hard to kill this clause, we would do well to keep it.
Therefore Kamala could not have been a US citizen at the time of her birth because neither of her parents could have been US citizens at the time of her birth.
1. Whaaaat? Yes, you can be a citizen at birth even if your parent is not.
2. Obama never was a citizen or legal resident. He had absolutely NO USA documentation until he served in the US senate. So why would anyone care?
Well practical or not your interpretation is moronic.
It wan't even a decision, merely a comment attached to a decision that has no legal effect whatsoever.
I mentioned on a thread a few months ago that she was not eligible to be a candidate for POTUS, because both parents were foreign nationals. ...(Like Jindal and Haley)
You provided much more data with the dates. Good job!
We failed regarding Obama, but must prove for sure that she doesn’t qualify to even run.
They better!
Obama was 50% white, 30% Arab and 20% black, with all of his records sealed and a phony SS# that was originally assigned to a man in CT.
The left drummed up the “birther” meme and scared everyone away. ....Look at the damages done in his 8-year “reign”!
America can’t stand a repeat of that disaster.
Ok, so what is the difference between phrases citizen at birth and natural born citizen.
Asian?
India is in Asia.
It might have been more clear to say she is half Black and half Indian, a clearer definition of her race/ethnicity. If I said think of a Black-Asian American, many might think of Tiger Woods...
I am aware of the geographic location of India and fact that on census bureau, Indians are Asian. However, for the most part, Indians in United States prefer to be referred to as Indians...and Americans reserve term “Asian” for people from the Far East.\
Given the recent increased influx of immigrants from India, Pakistan, and China, and their impact on STEM jobs, I hope the census will redefine some of these sub-groups so there is a better idea of who is entering the country.

I know they're wrong regarding the founder's intent, but there is no ironclad law to stop them so la-di-da she'll go skipping merrily along.
That's the reality. The politicians are not on our side, the courts are not on our side and they decide. No serious challenge to her eligibility will be acknowledged.
She's more likely to get heat for sleeping her way into her position than anything else.
What makes you think there is a difference?
