The democrats keep saying the border situation "is not a crisis." I am just wondering if some of the freepers here know of quotes of things that democrats have called a crisis in the past. I would bet these things THEY called crises would be far less of a crisis.

Obama shut down drilling in the Gulf, then allowed the Iranians to dump their oil on to the world market. Hundreds of thousands lost their jobs many of them in their 40’s and 50’s. The were forced out of the industry many with financial commitments. Their careers evaporated. That wasn’t a crisis.
Their crisis is that federal employees will have their pay deferred for a while and will keep their jobs. frikkin boo hoo

Through their lying and crying attempts to change them, these are the things the dems deem to be a crisis:
First Amendment, Second Amendment, Christianity, home schooling, a secure voting system, voter ID laws, national health care, global warming, burning of fossil fuels, public usage and access by the public of government lands, American patriotism, white people, the middle class, a strong middle class that can wield political power, middle class tax breaks, challenges to their total lack of tolerance for anyone who disagrees with them, challenges to their socialist ideologies, any personal challenge to their own criminality, ............. I’m sure there are many many more
